To begin understanding DCL, first let’s review a few basic concepts.
DCL commands always begin with a dollar sign (“$”).
DCL Commands consist of a verb and one or more parameters or operands.
Some commands can be as simple as: $ SET VERIFY or $ LOGOUT or $ EXIT
