    This system is for the enjoyment of all of its users.  
    However, please keep in mind:

1.  Use your real name when logging on.  If @USER@
    isn't your name, you can call back and start over.

2.  Do Not post any illegal information in the file or message areas.
    This includes trojans, viruses and all other forms of harmful code.

    This system activates the "call trace" feature on its phone line
    when ever a new user completes their first call. Caller-Id block
    and/or "anonymous calling" will not prevent these traces. Call trace
    information is made available to law enforcement agencies.

3.  Do Not upload programs which are not shareware or freeware.  
    No Copyrighted material!!

    (Public Domain programs may be copyrighted, but are released into
    the public domain by the copyright holder. Such programs are clearly
    labelled as such.)

4.  New users do not have upload privileges. The Sysop will look for new
    users periodically (at least twice a week) and will upgrade your 
    access privileges at that time.

5.  New users are encouraged to subscribe to help us offset the cost of
    obtaining files from the Internet and processing them for use on
    OpenVMS, as well as to offset the cost of running this Bulletin 
    Board System.
